            Fish is a high-protein, low-fat food that provides a range of health benefits so that it is consider as healthiest foods on the planet.
            Fish is also the world's best source of omega-3 fatty acids, which are incredibly important for your body and brain. And also it is loaded with important nutrients, such as protein, minerals and source of vitamins A, D and E.
            Also, fish are low in the "bad" fats commonly found in red meat, called omega-6 fatty acids. Great source of protein to keep your body lean and your muscles strong.
            Fish doesn’t only impact your waistline, but also other functions of your body including your liver, brain, eye, nerve development in children, reduces the risk of cancer and arthritis and even your sleep. POINTS TO REMEMBER WHEN COOKING FISH

·         You should always make sure that any fish that has been minced or skewered, such as fish cakes has been are cooked until they are piping hot all the way through. This is because products made from minced fish can contain harmful bacteria throughout, so they must be cooked thoroughly to make them safe to eat.

·            Make sure to wash your hands thoroughly before and after handling raw fish. This prevents the spread of bacteria.
·            Use separate utensils for raw or partially cooked and cooked fish.
·            Bake or grill fish- if it is coated in batter.
·             squeeze of fresh lemon juice to taste great.
·            You can cook whole fish to pink in the middle, because harmful bacteria can be on the outside but not in the middle. So, as long as the outside of the fish is cooked, any harmful bacteria should be killed.
